How do I upgrade/downgrade my package my plan
Please be informed that to upgrade your plan, kindly visit the Self Service Portal, You are required to :
- Click on Manage Services,
- Click on Change Service Plan, Select the Plan You wish to Upgrade/downgrade to, and proceed with your transaction.

In addition, you can make payment online via Quickteller and after making the payment, contact us by sending a mail to You can also call our technical support on 01-6281111 as this will enable us complete the Upgrade/downgrade process.
